I want to warn anyone shopping on the website Bohemian Rockstar, although they entice with many lovely items, you may not receive your purchase. Owner Kathy Brown received payment of $385.00 for a Michelle Jonas dress on March 28, 2011. After two weeks, I still hadnt received the dress so I emailed her asking where is the dress. She gave me the excuse it was back ordered, I said, fine, please keep me informed as to when I can expect it. Another 10 days went bymore emails back and forth..more excuses..Finally I asked her to just refund my credit card. I waited another week, still no sign of my refund. So, I called her. She did not understand my frustration or my attitude so she said she would make my refund as difficult as possible. I have never seen such awful customer service or attitude. Kathy Brown stole my money and if you order from Bohemian Rockstar? expect to be ripped off too. The website is a scam. Kathy Brown, owner of Bohemian Rockstar is a thief!
