I paid for a $150 waterpark onlnie and got a pair of goggles and water floatie. I contacted them at [email protected] several times and they offered me a 15% discount off of the charged price. I said no--that I wanted the product or a full refund. They agreed. Told me they would send another shipment, created another tracking number with two llinks to monitor tracking info. Neither linked worked. Tracking number hasn't shipped for 3 weeks in USPS system. I have moved to filing a report with my credit card.
