I ordered some kinder-eggs for my daughter. i paid the seller $49 and the recepit sais i would have the order by 17 March. The seller did not reply to any of my requests of package shipent, tracking, or return of my money. I emailed the BONANZA support and never got a reply from them either. it is 4 April. i have not received my items, or an email reply to my 4 emails to the seller or my email to Bonanza support. STAY AWAY FROM BONANZA.COM online shopping.

I agree with this comment. Bonanza will not assist you with problems with sellers. I lost money to one seller who was very arrogant. I will no longer use Bonanza.
