I originally wrote to tell my side of a story in which I purchased a NEW vehicle with a warranty from this dealer. It was a lemon from the first week, I have stacks of paperwork and lawyers to prove it. They simply would not stand in back of vehicle. They threw me off the lot because they were tired of my weekly visits, lights broke, brakes defective, bad tires, pulled to the right, wiper system gone the first year etc, etc. I drove on defective tired for 3 years before Chrysler and Bonneville would admit the tires bands were no good. So the person who responded to my e-mail, I am on my 5th brand new car from a great dealer, a low interest rate and great service. You are one class act to accuse me of bad credit and being crazy. You drive out your 3 kids in that van for 4 years and tell me then what you think. Oh and also, the car I traded in, never late on a payment but Bonneville never paid the car off in time and so for 3 months my credit report read 3 late payments on a car I never owned!!! TRUST me, last place you want to go! So MR. Car DEALER, you must own Bonneville to make the statements you made. I can tell. AUTOFAIR MANCHESTER ROCKS!!

I have worked in the car industry and it sounds to me like you received a high payment and interest rate due to very poor credit which means you don't pay your bills. Furthermore, you bought a used van and should have purchased a warranty. Dealerships don't build the vehicles, they just sell them. Also, if you were verbally abusive to staff then the dealership acted appropriately when asking you not to return.
