Boost Bottle Industries - Keith Jacobson Puchased a bicycle engine kit and a boost bottle and Boost Bottle Industries sent me rocks. I am out $254 dollars. I have nothing except for their humurous rocks. Of course they deny sending them however I have a written statement from the Sioux Falls Postal Inspector. Post Falls Idaho
I purchased a 70cc bicycle engine kit and a boost bottle for the engine. I requested a refund a few days after purchasing after finding out that the shipping time was going to be rediculous. They send their packaged Parcel Post. I was denied a refund. I did a dispute with Paypal where I paid for my products. I was denied a refund thru Paypal because they do not support any purchases other than ones thru Ebay. That is why they sided with Boost Bottle Industries. I have a witness that saw me open packages containing rocks. I did an ICP case and was contacted by a local Law Inforcement Detective. I was referred to the local Postal Inspector. I got a written statement from the Postal Inspector stating that I did in deed receive rocks. RIGHT NOW BOOST BOTTLE INDUSTRIES DBA KEITH JACOBSON ARE CROOKS. OF COURSE DENYING AN INVOLVEMENT IN SENDING ROCKS. I AM OUT $254 DOLLARS OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY. WHAT DO I HAVE OUT OF THIS BUT ROCKS.

Hi My name is Keith Jacobson with Boost Bottle Industries. This customer is a re life person whom has acused our company of sending rocks. He went so far as to send detectives to our front door. We supplied these police officers with proof of tracking information. We even went as far as to show them invoices and prove stock qtys matched our qtys ordered and shipped After 2 weeks of harassment from this customer we did decide to refund his money.. He has been refunded in full. But we did not ship him rocks. We were the ones cheated. Shipping alone was $50 and the motor our cost was $150 why would we pay $50 out of our own pocket to ship rocks. It makes no sence. In any case as I stated this person was refunded.
