Boost Mobile Elmwood Park New Jersey They refused to let me buy an upgraded phone from a defective one. Elmwood Park, New Jersey
I bought a touch screen phone and it does not allow me to text. It does not allow me to use the internet properly. I went back several times within the first month to upgrade to a phone with a keypad. They would not let me refund this defective phone and pay the extra amount for one that would hopefully work. Within the first week I went to make the exchange the woman there told the upper management that it was like all the other touch screen phones there giving problems.
