Bora Pool Construction Osiel Pardo The worse pool repair anyone can ever pay for Miami, Florida
Osiel Pardo who said he owned Bora Pool Construction did a repair on my pool that only latsed 6-7 months. Cost me over $5,000 and warranted the work for a year written on his receipt. The job was to replaster my pool. He must of used the worse and cheapest materials because black patches on the bottom of the pool and water baloons on the side walls began to appear about 6 to 7 months later.
When I called him to get it fixed he blaimed the maintanence pool comp that services my pool. I was doubtful and consecuently called several, total of 5, real and licensed pool construction companies. They all told me that he did a poor job and propably used poor materials or did not do the work how it should have been done. They went on saying that a number of reasons could have contributed to the black-like spots and water packs on the side walls. Poor bonding, poor removal of old surfice and so many to list on here. I have learned much about pool re-contruction and replastering becaise of his poor work.
I hope that anyone looking and investigating on the internet about his company or his name (he may change his business name) knows about him and the ripoff he is. One does good honest work you get good rep. One does bad and poor work you get a bad rep. Don't be fool be careful because he will tell you he has been working with pool construction and comes accross as if he knows what he is talking about. but be wary he is a ripoff.
