Gail, Julie, Steve, Terri, Dee Jones, Dave Borack Unethical Practices Maitland Florida
Gail the production manager was advise about her supervisor Julie had use a debtor cheking account information to pay her own mortgage.She did not fire or write this supervisor up.When this is compeletly fraud can be fine or imprisonment, Dave Borack was notify of this and there was still no reccomend for this.Next incident Marcus a collector had a debtor call him and ask him to withdrawal his check for 5/30/08 and he properly noted in the file and report it to his supervisor Julie she noted the file as well. then after the 30th the check went thru as a nsf Julie goes back in the file and delete her notes. Gail, Marcus, & Julie has a conference about this, Julie denies she deleted the notes, but the computer clearly states who went back into the account and deleted only her notes, hmmm. Lets look @ the last day of the month a collector has 7-10 thousand on board but then she ends up 40-50 thousand. This means that collector collect over 30-40 thousand in one day, hmm.... This manager Steve takes in phone calls tells his wife Terri so and so on the phone these are debtors in the system but they are not on the phone they will put a bogosh check in with a invalid checking account #. The reason for this is so the company can make their goal and then the individual collectors can get their bonuses, because the if the company don't hit their goal the collectors don't get their bonus, BOGOSH!!!!!!! Steve and Terri, which are husband and wife are dynamic dual ripping Dave Borack off by falsifying the numbers so they can get their big commission check and 10 days later all these checks come back with invalid acct #'s....It's too obivious!!! Lets talk about Dee Jones a supervisor, that got demoted but they cover it up and said she step down.(Save the Drama for your Mama). Dee was demoted when she was inform she cried so much that day at work they ask her to go home manager scott had to drive her home while his wive Terri took off work to follow him. Then Gail the production manager clearly lied to us and said Dee is resigning from her management position, when she clearly got demoted; she was another one that was putting in bogosh checks , this company had over 52,000.00 + come back from the month of May.This company had a collector that collected 9500.00+ and 4,000 going into the next month with no nsf or bogosh checks. Then in the monthn of June his goal was 15,000.00 which he had succeeded by the 12th day of June. The 13th day of June he was terminated because of insubordination...hmmm! There was no verbal warning no write ups.See this individual was asking alotnof questions and seeing alot of the unpractical things going on so they terminated him...Scott when terminating took this as a personal payback because this was a good collector a kind man and well educated individual that walk with his head up, and didn't bow down to his game.
