Things were going so wel with BT, and now they've lost a customer before I even started with them. I discovered that you need Freeview for BT Vision, so I ring up and ask for a refund and the girl says "You should have read the terms and conditions, the freeview dependency is written there. Sorry, no refund"
Why don't BT make it VERY VERY clear that you need freeview when you sign up online, instead of puttinging in the small print?
This is a great way for them to make £40 for no effort whatsoever.
I thought BT were improving and trying to not be the typical "We don't care, because we've got your money, so you can just go to **bleep**" telephone company attitude.
How dare they call their support "BT Care", clearly BT don't care, they've got their money and they don't give a **bleep**, because they know they have conned me into an 18 month contract.
