A New Me was shut down by the Nevada Health Department for FRAUD - now called Bouari clinic. You can buy hCG in many stores - go to any Walgreens in Las Vegas or Henderson. Their program is run by Emile Bouari who is a criminal. They don't have any medical staff there. They charge big bucks for hCG (which isn't proven to do anything) and to put you on a 500 calorie diet. IF YOU JUST EAT 500 CALORIES A DAY, YOU DON'T NEED ANYTHING ELSE - you will lose weight.
My experience with was horrible. I would recommend you just by hCG at a store and eat less on your own. Don't give these criminals any $$. They will change their name again, after they get shut down again!
STAY AWAY FROM BOUARI CLINIC IN LAS VEGAS, HENDERSON, REDONDO BEACH, AND FL LOCATIONS.

Bouari worked for me but not initially. You have to follow the food guidelines, plain and simple. Sure, if you go on a 500 calorie per day diet, such as the Bouari HCG diet, you would lose weight but the catch is, none of us could do the 500 calorie per day diet without the HCG.
Bouari has some theory that the HCG makes you lose belly fat instead of having your body eat away at muscle, due to the body's starvation mode when you're only eating 500 calories. I honestly can't tell you if that's fact or hope.
What I can tell you is that when I do the HCG injections and B-12 injections (daily), I can eat 500 calories and not go hungry. I lost about 45 pounds in four months. I've kept most of it off for about a year now, just be cutting out the crap I used to eat and watching my portions. I eat far more than 500 calories per day without the HCG since I'm no longer on the diet, but I have nothing but praise for Bouari Clinic.
I think Bouari Clinic is now called something else, but I don't remember the name. It had to do with a divorce between the two doctors who owned the local Bourai (Henderson and Las Vegas). I have absolutely no loyalty to Bouari or whatever it is now called, other that the system works. I would suggest only using the injectible type HCG diet and then check the prices. You might find a better deal, I don't know.
I will add that if the HCG injectible diet isn't working for you, don't kid yourself. You're not eating the right foods, you're probably cheating on the side and probably eating too much. That's coming from one who knows!

I agree with you about people who can't spell.
However, you misspelled "fourth".

I'm writing to tell you the program works! And, I was not charged a lot. If you do your research, like most of us do when we are going on a diet plan, they are the most affordable plan out there. And...I lost over 30 lbs. in less than 60 days. I would definately recommend.

Comment: What harm you do to others by selling your nonsense.
Response: I think others can think for themselves beyond any commentary I have left.
Comment: Leave the people to decide for themselves.
Response: Duh? I just said that they would. Who's telling anyone to do anything, except perhaps, you?
Comment: It's a last chance for so many obese people.
Response: Perhaps it is. It is up to them to consider the benefits and risks versus the risks of staying obese. BTW - I DID check out Dr. Oz and he did not approve of it as you had intimated. YOU go to his web site and watch the video. You really ought to do your homework before speaking on what others ARE or ARE NOT saying about this subject.
Comment:Just because you couldn't hack it, doesn't mean it's bad. It's a godsend for me.
Response: Well . . . IF YOU ACTUALLY HAD READ MY COMMENTS you would have known that I had been considering this avenue, and therefore HAD NOT TRIED IT AND accordingly, THERE IS NOTHING TO "HACK." In reading your response, I detect a lot of anger, fury perhaps, and I have to conclude that you are scared to death of gaining weight again. I feel sorry for you. My commentary was predicated upon whether or not the clinic actually had written the response prompting my reply to it. Who knows whether it was the clinic that actually responded to the first consumer's complaint?? Nothwithstanding, why are you so down on folks expressing themselves? To think that anyone's comments would be "thinking" for others is just plain sad. Why would you give so much power over others to a simple post? Have a little faith in humankind. People are readily capable of thinking for themselves, despite what others do and don't write. Really.
Comment: HOORAY Bouari and every other bariatric practice that prescribes HCG and B12 injections.
Response: Good luck with your weight loss.

I can't believe this is turning into a spelling bee with lessons in proper punctuation. What does any of this have to do with the original complaint? Keep it to the issues at hand. You state they are a rip off, I state my diabetes has turned around, and I've lost substantial weight due to their intervention and what they prescribed for me. I can't imagine living without the benefits of HCG in my life, and in fact, I was sick and dying early from my disease. Now my life is turned around.

If it is true that you are the owner, I WOULDN'T TRUST ANYONE IN A FIDUCIARY CAPACITY WHO COULD NOT SPELL. For instance, you should have inserted a comma between the words "was" and "when" in your first sentence, because you need to specify what "it" (the complaint) is. The way you have written this, it is hard to understand what you are stating. Second, it would be proper punctuation to have used a semi colon instead of a forward slash in the second sentence, because really you are separating two related thoughts, and your use of the slash is not proper. Third, if the "name anewme or similar names" is the subject of your sentence, then it is plural and the use of the word "was" is incorrect. You should have used "were," to specify that there were two or more names that were taken. Forth, you have misspelled the word "trademark." It is spelled with an "e" and not spelled "tradmark." Fifth, you should have used a semi colon between the words "business" and "we," because they separate two related thoughts in a sentence. Sixth, you should have inserted an apostrophe in the word "that's." Seventh, if Emile Bouari is a real person, then his name needs to be spelled with capital letters. Eighth, you need to insert a comma between the words "fact" and "Mr." in the sixth sentence. Ninth, your last sentence is not only an incomplete sentence, it's rude. Why do you all the person who complained a "little coward?" There is no reason for this ad hominem attack, and such commentary can only logically be seen as "cowardly" on its own accord, because instead of addressing the complaint head on, you have simply sought to defame the consumer. I was planning on checking out your "clinic," but after having been shocked at your lack of ability to write, and your absolute distasteful manner in communicating, I can see how downright dangerous placing the safety of my health into such hands could be. Why would anyone place their personal safety into the trust of one who cannot write, and who apparently is so against their patient. FORGET IT! Not only are you a bad writer, you appear to be incompetent also. You lost me at hello.

If it was then why are they still in business?
The Bouari clinic became a national franchise, and had to change its name due to tradmark issues/ the name anewme or similar names was taken.
The Bouari Clinic is the fastest growing weight loss company and has seen thousands of patients, including many doctors, federal agents, district attorneys judges etc....
The harsh reality is we are putting many competitors out of business, we have fired thieving employees, and thats all there is to it.
If emile bouari is a criminal then why isn't he in jail?
In fact Mr. Bouari had top security clearance by the FBI whilst he was in the US army.
Unlike the little coward who wrote this "original report".
Sincerely,
