Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

1. When you move in you have to sign a release of liability, for the "led" exposure your about to encounter.

2. The wood inside this mobile home was rotted in many places.

3. No appliances that had been purchased in this "millennium."

4. When you & I say "appliances" it is probably not the same interpretation as this "corporations" definition. They define appliances" as a small refrigerator that does not make ice, a basic stove, a washer(that does not agitate), a dryer(that takes so long your gas & electric bill are affected.) It should be noted here that the electric is provided by a company that is owned by the corporation.

5."Plumming pipes" that exit the trailer in an upward slope, in turn leaving "sewage" sitting constantly in the pipes.

6: Within the "paragraphs" of your "lease agreement" it clearly states you will not be treated any differently than anyone else. Yet my monthly rental charges were different than that of others. Mine listed a "base rent" & a "home rent." So I paid them without question out of fear that I would not have a place to live at all. And that fear stemmed from the obvious disdain that the manager had for me changing my mind. Not only did this infuriate him & he said so he also threatened to return my already approved rental application, marked "not approved" or denied. Because I decided against the original unit. It was not an option to simply wait for a more desirable unit to become available. I felt " bullied" into taking that unit with the accelerated charges that had magically become $100 more than my original approval. That was directly from Raymond" the "property manager."

7. If following the previous list it should be easy to determine the next... my inability to pay & with no option of changing units that was inevitable.

8. "Computer generated" late fees & eviction notices. With a complete refusal of partial payments at all. You pay the full amount or you are evicted ( via the computer) and that happens after as many on time payments as you can imagine. Even if you've been a paying on time model resident. The computer does not know you nor does it care to and your history is irrelevant. All of this happens rather rapidly as you are evicted within 3 weeks of the very same, first month, you are late. And there is no human interaction whatsoever. No compassion, no regard.

9. Please take note that if you place a loving family member in these communities you should understand that it was in fact the age of the resident the fixed income status and the life expectancy that they were in fact chosen. Do not look for any "human" tendencies, as you will not find them.
