This is a property management company in Dallas, Tx. run by your typical 55 year old Dallas female who is still trying to be a 20 year typical, money hungry and shallow Dallas female. And while that is bad enough the attitude of her company s not to take on the responsibility of understanding or even caring about the many lives of the people that live in the properties she manages. She has next to zero communication with the residents, will not respond promptly to work orders (unless you consider 5 months reasonable), will cut off needed utilities on a whim and never tell the residents regardles of their plans and their lives and how harmful it could be to them. They ignore any questions and provide as poor of service as anyone could well imagine. Their properties are in poor conditions. They use maintenance/contract people which might well be involved in damage of personal property. They do not like being contacted and are highly abusive and abrasive in their approach to callers or emails.


It is interesting to note that they try to run Condo Association meetings and thus browbeat the residents into maintaining them as the management company. Avoid them at all costs. I am sure there is plently of competition in Dallas that will really have a concern for people and understand that a service company is supposed to do just that; provide a service.

Worst property management company I've ever dealt with. We brought them on and initially they did good work fixing the landscape but all the plants eventually died due to lack of care. They shut off water during the winter storm with next to no warning beforehand and burst all the pipes in the complex, then took 2 weeks repairing it at the expense of the owners.

They are rude and incompetent, not a good combination. The companies they hired to take care of the pool and the property don't do anything. The place is falling apart under their watch.

I agree with Truthteller.  Your report is 100% spot on.  BPMI managed my condo's property (Brighton Lofts South) for over 10 years that I was there.  Gins Rolle is one of the most dispicable, vile people I've ever dealt with.  Her boss, Gina Bender, is an enabler who does nothing to reprimand her behavior.  Steer clear of these scum bags at all costs.

I am the President of a condo association that uses BPMI as our management company. Not only does the report filed by this individual border on libel, it is completely inconsistent with my experience with BPMI and its owner. This is a very reputable and competent company that has done a exemplary job in managing our property since it was converted to condos over 9 years age. I would highly recommend them to any HOA looking to maintain or improve their property.
