This group of thieves is out to take your money and run!!! I worked for them and can tell you that they will 1. Call you with some pitch about collecting money owed. Don't believe the BBB grades (they will soon change to F's) They don't know what they are doing except for one thing. 2. The next day they will call and try to get you to send them a check to collect money 3. DUH?? Don't do it, the joke is on YOU! They are collecting FROM YOU!!!. You won't get paid, you won't see a dime, you will stand in line with everyone else that got burned until they are put BACK in prison. (which i'm sure is where they came from.)

I am not nor have I ever been employed by BSL, CFA, or CaseForwarder. I am a victim of these companies. They have stolen from me just the same as I'm sure they have others. The Ventura District Attorney is pursuing them in court for several counts of fraud dated back for the past two years. Don't believe me? Call them yourself.

For one if you worked for this company...do you still work there and if it was that bad you should have done something about this prior to leaving the company that way you were really out to protect the individuals you are talking about.However it looks like you might have been fired or have a personal problem with this company or the individuals that work there. Collection agency are not full of friendly people they are filled with people who work hard to collect money from penny pinching, tight companys that are trying to get over on one another so really if it is a scam why are they still in business and why are they doing so well. We have used them for several accounts and have been payed. We did see our money. Maybe you should definately look into trying to prosecute them instead of down talking on the computer...Really if it is so bad DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!

I have been scammed by Cole Flannigan and this company has since attempted to screw me over the same. Stay away from Bradley, Stein, & Locke as well as Case Forwarder and Cole Flannigan. All these companies are under criminal investigation within their respected districts. If you should require a collection attorney, skip all of the bs and go straight to your own attorney or go from someone recommended by an established business. BSL, CFA, & Caseforwarder are all operating under the same people, the difference is their name.
BSL is a host of inexperienced, underqualified con artists. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUUMSTANCES trust them with any of your money, unless you can stand to lose a couple grand.

Bradley Stein and Locke is not associated with these other companies. At one point however we where located in the same floor of the same building. When the other companies closed their doors some employees asked to work for our company however we refused to let them work for us. Rest assure we have a business license and our BBB score will remain an A.
