OK seriously...who are you trying to kid with these UPS and Fed EX fees. The truth is simple...you are using their high fees as a front to profit crazy amounts. There are people that are not stupid. The other report on this company is true. I had my wife called and asked for the make...she told me that they just kept going in circles; if I buy a truck, don't I have a right to know the kind of truck it is? Same for home furnishings, if we ask "what kind is it?" that's because before I buy I WANT TO KNOW WHAT I AM BUYING!!!! The owner seemed to be very deceptive about his products..Sure there are going to be happy customer, or should I say ignorant cumtomers who don't ask questions, who don't care what they get, or how much they pay. My wife, on the other hand, is very cautious and inquisitive, and for that, she received no straight answers.....WHY? because of DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. God knows how you have a good rating with the Better Business Bureau..maybe folks don't want the hassle and it's cheaper and less time to just STOP doing business with your company... BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE----SHOP AROUND AND DON'T BE FOOLED WITH DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.....

How can readers determine what the complaint is when all the poster did was general complaining without crucial details?
Neither UPS or FEDEX have high rates when compared to postal shipments over a couple of pounds. That's not even considering the extra fees postal tacks on for the services the other shippers give as standard. Someone here needs to do a bit less harping and a little more homework.
This homework should alsop include what the 'BBB' really is. Businesses can get great, but meaningless, ratings just by being a paying member of the BBB. Another business, with NO complaints what so ever, will have a lower rating simply because they opted not to pay the BBB 'protection' fees. BBB is a self-serving business that offers a misleading service of which makes no difference to the general public.
Perhaps we could get the details of what this complaint is about, as well as a proposed alternative for comparison, or readers will right this complaint off as irrational and foolhardy.
