BRAGADA MATTRESSES TOTAL FRAUD!!!! TOTAL FRAUD!!!! Poughkeepsie New York
This company is a total fraud! I ordered a 4" Serene topper from this company and they sent me a Dreamscape Topper instead. If you don't be careful and watch your item that you get from this company they will send you anything and say it is the correct product. I called this company and spoke to a Christopher who was VERY nice and professional and he took care of the situation for me. I ended up getting a full refund, the manager of customer service would not even talk to me!
I told Christopher that he is too nice and good of a person to be working for such a nasty and gross company. I called the factory in Indiana and they told me that the president of Bragada does not own a factory he rents a space at the factory that makes beds for many different companies. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY, if you order from them you need your head examined. One of my friends disputed something they purchased from this company and won the dispute, they CHARGED HIS CARD AGAIN!
