I have resolved my issue with Brake Performance amicably. They have graciously agreed to compensate me for the difference in purchasing the new pads. I rescind my earlier review and would recommend their products proudly. Definitely a 'buy again' seller.

If they sent you the incorrect part, you should have contacted them first before you tried to pin an obligation on them to pay for something else. Their obligation was to correct their mistake - not to pay for yours, which was purchasing something. Sorry you've had this problem, but in expecting for them to pay for a part from another supplier, you've made an awefully big and incorrect assumption. You didn't get ripped off. Sounds like a mistake happened, and you compounded it.
