Police report filed aagainst the individual who made this bogus report. I will be meeting with the prosecutor in the morning to discuss what can be done.

Today I filed a police report about the individual who wrote this false report. I also gave police screen shots of the harassment along with the harassment reports from two other people who filed against her. I also gave the police copies of a letter that was written by a government official about them also being harassed by this women, along with the harasment of the government officials family and those who purchased kittens from her. On Tuesday I will be able to get typed up police report and post the pictures of said report. I also will be contacting a lawyer to get this false report off of ripoff and to obtain the ip address of the poster to hopefully open a legal case against her.  This could can damage my childrens, husband and my life.  I also will be looking into a protective order on Tuesday. Police are aware if this individual and I am in the process of getting typed up, notarized letters from those who have claimed harrasment against this individual.  Please, if anyone from the Steubenville area reads this, please check back for updates. My name is Brandi Rawson. On August 31st, I was on ripoff report looking up someone who had sent me an email about a scam. I usually do check here because I don't trust people. After finding what I was looking for, I was curious about what reports were made about companies in my area. It was curiosity and I searched my city. Upon doing so, I noticed that there were a few on there. I went to facebook and stated that I was, and I quote, "Wow, things you learn about people in your area when you go to ripoffreport.com lol". Instantly Tracy Hosfelt, who was on my friends list from when my puppy was stolen and was added so she can keep tabs to see if he was found, sent me a message, being defensive. I was a bit confused, because I never mentioned names or companies in my facebook post. I was just stating I was surprised to see how many entries there were for Steubenville Ohio. After getting her message, I than looked at all the ripoff reports and found that she was listed on there several times. As I was doing a search on her, because she was on my facebook page and although I would not know her if I saw her out and has never met her, I was curious to see if ripoff was the only site that had information on her. I found that it was not and there was actually a site called www.tracyhosfelt.com with a list of people who submitted documents about her ripping them off, selling them sick kittens, taking peoples kittens, harassing them, and even as far as letters from the humane society about her being investigated and court documents of restraining orders against her. While I am doing this research I am getting messages from her through facebook. I had taken her off my list already, but I was still getting messages. She sends me two messages of pictures of my children and me. These two pictures that she sent me through facebook, which she got off of my facebook, are the two pictures that she used on this report. On one of the pictures that she sent me through facebook she stated, and this is a unaltered quote "You will see that anybody can write anything about anybody does not make them true". She than saw that I was not responding to her so she than started to send me emails. Throughout the day she sent me 5 emails, me responding to three of them asking her to stop messaging me. She stated that "she knows where I live" and then the last one, I am assuming it was after this false report saying "You have a lot of nerve when you are no better". When I saw that email, I than came and searched ripoff report, knowing that she admitted to me that she was going to "show me that anyone can write one of these and it be lies" and low and behold I saw this report.

In this report she states that I molest my children's friends and caught me molesting a 10 year old boy. In the emails she sent to me, she stated that "I will file a harassment lawsuit against you.  I will not tolerate a 400 white trash janitor who looks like a man harassing me...." (mind you, I have only sent her one or two messages at that point, telling her to leave me alone and nothing else). Please note, in the rip off report it states "She gave me a sob story that she could not feed her children mind you this woman is 400lb I would think she would feed her children rather than over eating." See any similarities there? She than states that I steal prescriptions and such. 

I have saved every message and even saved this rip off report and will be going to the police department, along with case files from other harassment cases that other people filed against her. I also have contact information of others who she has done this too, who I will be getting a signed affidavit from to take in with my documents. I have done my homework, and I have contacted many of the people who is in these websites that have warned people of her, all saying similar things. Some of these are from people who had sick cats sent to them in other states who died and she refused to refund and harassed them. Not only did I save messages, I took screen captures of them, all of them from Facebook and emails with her email address on them and her name. I will be taking every measure necessary to ensure that this will not happen to another person again. I am a mother, a wife and a business owner in my community. I have never been arrested nor have I ever had issues like this with anyone before. I do believe that the things that were posted here can ruin my life, stating that I molest children and that is not what this site is for. It is to help consumers get help because people like her are really scamming others. I am not someone who will sit back and allow someone take pictures of my minor children and post them on this site and state that I am a child molester. Again, I will be taking all my screen shots to the Steubenville Police Department and The Jefferson County Sheriff’s office and write a report, and also contact a lawyer if needed to see what I need to do to get a subpoena to get the IP address of the "Poster" of this report. It also can be done if she takes this down and stops contacting me all together. If that is done, I will let it go, but I will not be harassed by this person, it just will not happen. I have proof of harassment, she does not because I have not harassed her.
