The morning of August 11, 2017 after finding exactly what I wanted on the bravenewlook . com web site I ordered two custom bracelets to memorialize our infant granddaughter's passing.  On October 13, 2017 I emailed an inquiry as to my status. I have yet to get any response.  I frequently see entries on facebook about this company; not refunding payments, not responding (and if they do, it's just one reason after another as to why the item wasn't sent - but "soon" is offered as an empty promise), and if they do, rarely does anyone receive their order. Even then there's complaints about the cheap quality and how fragile the items are, and even when some try to use the tracking number, they can only learn that a tracking number was issued, but not activated  .As you can see by the information supplied by this Ripoff Report complaint site, there's well over $10,000.00 in reported lost funds!  Attempting to locate any person involved with Brave New Look I tried locating ANY corporate information, LC/LLC, DBA or business name of Brave New Look. Checking with the city/county business licenses it appears this company does NOT have any tax-paying business identification or business license, owner or principle to attempt contact with.  The business address is actually a small Fed/Ex postal office that rents postal boxes, and their's is #9091.  I have no recourse but to complain to everyone and anyone considering doing business with this fraudulent company.  My advice? Stay as far away from this alleged company as possible!

On December 18, 2017 I filed a report with a detailed description.  However, after prior attempts at contacting Brave New Look with NO responses, as well as my complaint on Ripoffreport, on Saturday, December 23, 2017 I did receive a package containing my two bracelets, post dated December 14, 2017.  My complaint could have been avoided if someone had actually kept me up on the status, even though there would probably be more "delays".   Regardless, I did receive my bracelets undamaged and they appear to be awesome! Hoever, their durability will be another matter, according to some complaints I've read elsewhere. So, thank you Brave New Look for making my personal memorial for my granddaughter, just in time for Christmas.
