I purchased some lingerie last summer, and by the time I got there I had lost weight. I returned them according to the merchant instruction by US Postal Service with insurance, but it came back stamped "refused". I called the company who gave me another warehouse address. I waited 1/2 hour in line at the post office again and the same thing happened. By this time, it was past the 60 days needed to dispute it with my credit card.

I called the company, sent them a copy of both postages, they acknowledged the problem with my warehouse. Knowing that they twice violated their return policy, they did not offer to refund the merchandise. They now insist that I send it to a third address, but refuse to guarantee me that I will be refunded if it is refused a third time. I would think that one refusal would be enough. Meanwhile, to even get through to a manager, they telll you she's out to lunch or someone will call you back, but they don't, and your overseas phone bill is clicking. Then when you call and say that you are a friend, you get the manager right away.

Bravissimo Ltd. sells nice stuff, but God forbid you have to return or exchange merchandise. They refuse the merchandise at the advertised return address, then they tell you that they can't refund you until they get the merchandise back. This is fraud. The customer service people are rude, dishonest, avoid you, and play games to make it impossible for you to return merchandise. Don't ever shop there, even if you live in the United Kingdom.
