My wife has ordered from here many times. I guess she just loves the punishment, with cold food, wrong food, food that looked liked a 4 year old pack and delivered it, over cooked pasta and the list goes on and on. Last night was the clincher one of the dishes was pork chops unless the state of N.J. has different codes under the Health Dep't Pork has to well done. This was very pink as far as the rest of the food I have no idea. The reason is I called to complaint and was told they didnt understand and isnt that the way I wanted it. I also stated my wife asked for extra bread and charge us if need be. There was no bread and the person on the phone stated they had ran out earlier (the same person who she placed the order with). I then asked for the owner after a wait the same person got on the phone and told me the owner was too busy for me....Nice. So I pack up the food got dressed and went to the restaurant and explained to the owner the problem. He asked what I wanted I said my money back for statrts he gave me my money back and walked away. He could care less if I ever came back. I will go somewhere else where people want my business and care about thier customers. 9 of 10 time they screw up my wifes order one time they broke down and gave my wife a credit...but when she order a couple of days later and tried to apply the credit they said there was no such credit. Thier customer satisfaction isnt yhe only thing that has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you do go there good luck it is a hit or miss with this place and if they miss they are not going to do anything to correct it, you have be warned.
