Regina Quinn is a volunteer at dirty dogs rescue and is responsible for networking animals as well as reimbursing FostersNevis PayPal money transfers. Regina Quinn is knowingly stealing money from a foster by refusing to reimburse her for veterinary bills and other expenses that the rescue is obligated to pay. Her schoolgirl crush and obsession with Tony Jacobs is causing poor ms Quinn to cloud her judgment and somehow justify her dastardly deeds.
Regina is participating in cyber harassment against the foster and has attacked her reputation and business With no provocation.
It is my contention that a woman who lacks ethics and has no moral compus who is capable of such malucious behavior should not be providing any services to the general public. If she's capable of stealing money from a volunteer who took wonderful care of the dog on the rescues behalf what is to stop her from reaching into the clients pocket and stealing just a little bit of money while they are relaxing and receiving their massage?
My advice is that you find yourself a masseur that you can trust while you're closing your eyes and relaxing and let Regina move on to happy ending massage that she is more suitable for.

My advice to Lemore is to discontinue this vendetta she has started against both Tony Jacobs and Regina Quinn. She is doing so because she couldn't have her way in a relationship. By bad mouthing people constantly, people run from her and her retaliation is to do her best to ruin reputations. Her actions are those of a spoiled child who can't have her way. Anyone that knows Regina or Tony Jacobs knows that they are incredible people that go to great lengths to help animals at risk and bring comfort to others through whatever side work they do. I find it incredible that a grown woman has to act with such immaturity as to try and blacken the name of these two people for NO GOOD REASON. If you have any sense in your head, Lemore, cease and desist because the consequences of what you are trying to do are far worse than the discomfort you are causing. Too many people love and respect Regina and Tony.
