Breese Heating and Cooling Charged for incompetence Mercer Pennsylvania
I had a large system that Breese installed into a brand new home and it never function properly. We had repeated calls and parts changed without ever fixing the problem. The design was wrong for the size of the house. The last time I call them they had added a humidifier to my system and it leaked all over the floor. The plumbing setup was incorrect and it dumped water all over my Carpeting and destroyed the flooring. They send someone out to fix it and it was a young guy in his twenties and he said it was over his head I quote and still charged me $169 to tell me that he was unable to fix it. I called and made a complaint and they refused to refund my money. It seems they just hire anybody without mechanical abilities and still charge even though they are inept and ultimately charge to fix their own mistakes. it's very very unfair.
