He is currently out on bond on -1- charge, but there are several more charges that will be filed soon. He has ripped people off to the turn of will over a million dollars & counting.

I will post more when the other charges are filed. People should stay away from this man and do not give him your money. What he does is he tells the customers that what to buy gold coins that he has to order them and they must pay for them before he can place the order. They give him their money, but Brett Bogus doesn't order the coins. He just keeps their money.
