Breuner's Furniture Endless Delays, NoCommunication, Damaged Furniture, Dishonest Sacramento California
We purchased a leather couch, loveseat and coffee table totaling approximately $3,000.00. We paid cash on the spot. Their salesman was quick to take our money and then forgot about us after he sold us the goods. He never called us to make sure we got our furniture. It took almost 3 months to get our furniture delivered while they had our cash.
They never called us to tell us when the couches were coming, we had to call them. They delivered the furniture piecemeal to us, first the love seat, then the couch then the coffee table. When the love seat was delievered it was damaged. The leather was ripped on the side. We called their furniture repair company several times until they came to look at it and determined they couldn't fix it.
Then, after several weeks and more calls to Breuner's and their San Fransico based warehouse they came and picked up the loveseat and replaced it. At such time, we still had not received our couch. Several weeks,later we got our "new" couch and noticed it had a patch on it. Once again we called their repair company and their store to complain to the salesperson. no call backs. after over 2 months had elapsed an no coffee table we spoke with the manager of the store Rick J. who promised to get us a table and promised to refund us $100 for our inconvenience and to cover the delivery costs that we paid had paid cash for.
A couple of weeks later we got the table, but as of today's date still no $100 cash refund. In a nut shell, damaged goods, no communication, poor service, late deliveries.
