Brian Haskins is one of many internet marketing gurus claiming one-of-a-kind real estate investing strategies that cannot fail.  He also advertises the simplicity of his processes, the unconditional guarantee and other benefits of going with his service.

Upon ordering a service to attract buyers and sellers for lease-options, owner finance, wholesaling, etc. I quickly looked through the videos and material.  I had seen similar information before and have completed many lease option sales myself.  This system pushes the idea of getting buyers BEFORE you have a property to sell.  I attempted to get clarification on some of the material from Brian and he did respond quickly, however, he was very rude and condescending.  He stated that I needed to "take initiative" and watch the videos (which I had).  He also stated that my questions were beyond the service that I had subscribed (and attempted to upsell me of course).  At this point I request the unconditional refund and this is the response,

"Im sorry you didnt find our REI Arbitrage course to be what your looking for. Was there something misleading on the page you ordered from? We tried to tell our customers exactly what it was and what was included before they purchase..Also our REI Arbitrage is nothing like the REIWeb tools product. They do completely different things.

I can refund the REI Arbitrage course for you or I can provide you with access to another one of our signature courses that might fit your busy lifestyle.

Maybe our Birddog Army product that teaches you how to hire and train birddogs to do most of the work for you and bring deals to you or maybe even Property Scout Profit program which helps you learn how to partner with new investors to close deals."

Of course I never saw a refund.  I had let it go due to time constraints and figuring I would take the loss as a lesson in ordering from those making claims on their 'magic' investing strategies.  Then, I received another invoice (5 months later) from Brian's company.  He had billed me for a product that was initially declined.  I contacted him for an explanation and refund and, to make a long story short, he stated that no refund would be given because I was RUDE to HIM!  This guy is crazy and wants everyone that comes in contact with him to kiss his ***.  He makes his ordering and guarantees confusing and convoluted to avoid having to refund anything to anyone.  He has horrible customer service skills and has no intention to help you with his product, provide the refund he talks about, or even show his customers respect.  Don't do business with him...there are so many other respectable trainers out there.
