Brian Korte met with me and took my case, promised me the world. He is a great talker. He makes it all sound so easy. Then when it comes to going to court he doesn't show up. If you call his office, Ellen will blow you off tell you she will call you back and you have to continue to call daily.
I finally sent over a request to get my money back and have had to hire another lawyer. Now I have a hearing for a sale date because he never showed up at the Hearing for Motion for Summary Judgment. The talk around the court house is that this is a common occurrence with Brian Korte.
Make sure you do your homework before hiring an attorney for foreclosure defense. He is smooth talker and will tell you what you want to hear but comes up short on doing anything to help you and he is good at taking that check. He does return phone calls and his staff lies for him. I still have not received my refund check.

"Outrageous & Unbelievable" are the best descriptive words for this gang. If you have had the pleasure of working with this law firm, Brian K Korte or, Jay Romano lets Talk. My experience is too lengthy and too incredible to type out here. It's beginning to look a lot like everyone else received the same service.
