Brick Train Shop Like so many others Hemet, California
Like so many others, I found out too late what a scam artist is! If this company had any desire to be honest, after the first hundred "misunderstandings," they would have changed their website to make their product descriptions clear to the public. It is nothing but a scam, and they are netting a portion of each buyers money. Within 15 minutes of placing my order, i stumbled across a slew of complaints about this company and tried 5 times in 1 day to reach tem to cancel my order. that is part of this scam. They are unreachable by phone and then send you emails telling you that you are sending your email to an incorrect address (which EXACTLY) mtaches the address the email came from...conincidence? I have printed out all correspondence from these hacks and have already filesd a fraudulent business claim with my credit card company. They need to be stopped. You can also file directly with the FTC and if they get enough complaints, will take action. i also intend to notify the attorney general of my state to initiate a class action suit. I will not stop until they are OUT of BUSINESS
