Brickhouse Security Terrible service, unusable web page, non english speaking phone help. Internet
Brickhouse Security is the worst GPS tracking company I have used. Their web site is very difficult to use. It doesnt allow you to access certain days or times. Their phone assistance is based in the Phillipines with people who cannot speak or understand english very well. The system works sporadically and is not reliable. I am looking at other GPS tracking company but I will never use Brickhouse ever again. Terrible company.
