I wish I did more research before buying from BridalBlvd.com!!!  I was looking for a maternity wedding dress and came across one on their website that looked comfortable.  The price was right and at the time I ordered, I was still a standard size. So I ordered the dress, in a standard size, no alterations and it came in the time frame they said it would. Here's the start of all going bad... it came to my door in a DHL bag, completely wrinkled and not the way I would expect a so-called bridal shop to ship a dress.  This was my first complaint, but one I could live with, after all, the price was right.

After opening it and examining it, I noticed there were no care instructions on the dress or tag to tell me what size the dress was, so I had no idea how to take care of the massive amount of wrinkles. Plus, I had no idea if the size I ordered was the correct size???

After more examining, there were pin holes throughout the dress, a section of the hem was fraying, there were dark colored stings throughout the interior of the dress which could be easily seen by anyone, but not removed without sending to a tailor. The dress was a halter style dress and to top it off, one of the straps on the halter did not have any type of hook to keep the top up!!!  It was a defective dress!!!

After all these issues, I decided to return the dress.  When I went to return the dress, I found out that the store that I thought was in New Jersey was actually in China and I had to pay shipping back, which is not the $14.00 they claim in their canned e-mails. They did refund part of my money, but kept a re-stocking fee and I had to pay both the original shipping and return shipping.  When I asked them to address the other issues, I just got the canned e-mail back regarding sizing and that is why I paid the restocking fee. Never address any other issues.

Something told me this was going to be a scam and I would loose money, so I took pictures before I sent the dress back.  I told them about this and they said to send the photos and they would have the refund dept. review them and get back to me.  This was about 3 weeks ago and the response I received was that they were closed for a national holiday????  I wish we had national holidays in the States that lasted 3+ weeks.

I told them I would give them the benefit of the doubt to fully refund my money, but as you can see, I am still without the refund and they appear to still be on a holiday!

I would have been better off keeping the dress, that was in no way, what they described, and letting it collect dust (maybe this is how you get the wrinkles) out then sending it back and spending almost the same amount as the dress on shipping and restocking fees for something that is their fault.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

If they decide to refund my money, I will retract this post
