I filed a dispute with my credit card company while I waited for the manager at Bridaltown to get back to me. The credit card company said that they would give Bridaltown 30 days to reposnd to my dispute over the charge for the dress and services. Bridaltown NEVER responded to the credit card company and NEVER called me back after I returned the dress. At this point I've gotten my money back through the credit card company's dispute process, but not because of any good-faith effort on the part of Bridaltown.
