I ordered samples of Nouveau eye cream in Jan 2016. I did not like the product that much, went to their web site, asked for the price and told 89.00. I sent email to cancel my account. On March 1st they billed my account for $89.79. I called the telephone number on the product today and they confirmed that the account was cancellrd. they said it was impossible for me to be charged. I asked for refund but told they can not help. I believe they are just a shell call center for ripoff schemes. and by the way they did not deliver any product.
