I trusted Bridgemons personnel to ship my car and motorcycle from Montgomery AL to Italy. They delayed the pick up date and when they showed up they were unable to take the bike. I had to leave the bike ove my friend's house since I had to leave the Country. Delay after delay they picked the bike end delivered it to a different port and the shipper (Mr. Wale) called my friend to know where the bike was (?!). I insisted to call them from Italy and I e-mailed them every day but right now I only know that probably the vehicles left US, on a unknown ship and I have NO documents and keys.

this is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

shipping from US to EU: my personal lessons learned

I think I had all troubles that could happen during a shipping from US to Europe, and these are my lesson learned: - take the car directly to the port, if you choose a port to port service make sure to take a shipper that is from your city, otherwise he/she is going to call somebody (that he/she doesn't even know) that could be inappropriate for the service; - if you put personal stuff in the car make sure to seal everything in boxes, numbered them and send the list to the shipper. MAKE SURE that the list is sent to the port of destination, otherwise you'll have troubles with the customs; - don't plan to have the car in 20 days, since the shipper has to book the space on the ship well in advance; - make a copy of all documents you have. put an extra copy in the car. put on the windshield the address and telephone number where they can reach you whereever at the destination country; my experience was a nightmare and I have to say that at the end WALE from BRIDGEMONS LCC put all his effort to solve the situation. I spent 2750 USD for the shipping, he spent about 4000USD!!!!!! If I brought the car to the port I would experienced many less problems.

Mr Giancarlo got his Shipment;Nisan Murano and Harley Davidson Bike delivered to his destination intact, though late but safe. This can be confirmed from him on 011-39343040800. All through this period, we were in contact communication with his friend, Terry. We have since express our apology to his goodself for the delay. Why a delay can be taken as a rip off still surprises us.

LCC Bridgemons and Wale are just worstening the situation

I'm here after 2 months of pick up date and I'm still waiting for the documents. I was contacted by an Italian Company in Genoa about the container that is laying at the port and I'll start to pay a 50/day fee if I don't take the stuff out of the container. Unfortunately I can't without the documents, and Wale is insisting he wants more money since he spent more money of the bid I payed. So to recap: 1- he messed up the pick up dates and procedures; 2- he never sent the documents; 3- I'm paying the fee at the port of Genoa; 4- he wants more money to send the documents to me. 5- after 2 months I'm still with no car. UNBELIEVABLE the only chance I have is to sue him! Please don't trust BRIDGEMONS LCC
