Rental Apts need to get a grip ! The rents in Texas are outrageous. If landlords think the"market can handle it ", you are sadly mistaken. EMPLOYORS do not pay the kind of WAGES it takes to pay those rates. If you are getting the asking price just know this, the only reason you get it is because 2 to 3 FAMILIES are shacking up in each apartment so they can " afford" the rent. And they are destroying your properties. If you intend to stay in business, rental rates need to come down NOW, and stay down.
