Brightandsleek DO NOT BUY BAD BUSINESS POLICY No Customer ALL Liars Worst Customer Service ripoff New Jersey
Hi,
TO all customers whom wants to buy anything from "www.brightandsleek.com". I placed an order online on 5/17/2006 for the amount of 1900.00 for Palsma TV 42" Sumsang; Next day I received an email that the price went up about $120.00 more: So they charged my credit card for 2050.00.
Then, next day I receive an email saying that they have discontinued there product and no longer selling that; I understand that; Now, I called the company and said about my money; They're refunding my money in 7 days; But, not merchant was purchased. Then, I called to talk with DAVE "Virtual Manager" but, he offered me to purchase next Palsma TV for 2300.00 plus warrentee about 339.00; so the total comes to 2639.00 now. Then, he offered to discount me for 116.00 dollars; but the difference between TV's are only Brighten options included which I don't care at this point.
So, then we didn't agree the Manager "DAVE" canceled my order; because it is there policy if the don't have it they cancel it without any notice and NO COMPENSATION will be award to the customers.
No, I called DAVE again. He "sisi" a*s was on meeting for 1 1/2 hours and next day I called he was out for his wife was sick; the next day I called he was out sick; So, I couldn't get a hold of him. Then, I called the same day because I was very upset and wanted to resolve this issue and talk with they manager; I couldn't get a hold of the manager, and there is only "ONE" person working.
So, tThis means they are not in good Business and they don't have alot of staff to talk with; or they ones you talk with they're very bad and mean "Lenna". But, unfortunately, I couldn't get any resolution to waiste my time. So, I told my wife we will go and buy it from Best-buy or Circuit city.
Not from www.brightandsleek.com, because they are scam and lie and worst/worst/bad customer service.
Just before you buy from them please check and pretend you have problems. You will find the answer and no one will help you. Imagine if you want to call them and repaire your Palsma TV. I DON"T THINK SO, YOU WILL GET ANY HELP and that is your LOST.
I wrote this email to report it, for the ones want to have business with www.brightandsleek.com. Please, Please do yourself a favor and don't buy it. Go to techbargains and you could find more vendors that they will help you and has better customer service.
