My Mother a 70 year old senior citzen with Parkinson's living in kings gate golf community .. needed several sprinkler heads adjusted because they were not spraying right ,this is no charege to her per the HOA agreement  Melrose Management , manages the community

Melrose Management uses BRIGHT VIEW to do maintence and any additional work is at 50.00 an hour plus material ..

 My mother  put in a request to adjust the heads with Melrose Management , The community Manager for Kings gate ( Mary )  notified Shane from BRIGHT VIEW  ( the only one over seeing kings gate at this time for BRIGHT VIEW ) 

So he shows up starts adjusting the heads then decides to open the control panel and valve boxes and disconnects wires and cuts wires , then tells my mother he wants 50.00 an hour to fix the problem he created ....Saying you have no power  there must be a knicked wire some where and it could take 3 or more hours to find it...

My mother says the system was just working and has been working fine for 10 years ,There was no reason to go in to the valve boxes or control panal ... im not paying you get lost im calling Melrose management ...and then calls me for help..

I notify Melrose Management community manager ( Mary ) of the SCAM ...we set up a meeting with 2 of shane,s supervisors on site ( Marcel / Antonio )  

BRIGHT VIEW  supervisors made up all kinds of excuses to protect their guy ,,, thunderstorms could cause the problem , ground water from rain , did you plant any thing and knick a wire ...the excuses went on and on ..

I said it worked before you cut the wires so reconnect the wires ,,, they did and as Shane ( the guy who cut the wires ) made the final connection  he said i doubt it will work ..

Guess what the system turned on and worked just like it did before Shane cut the wires  

BRIGHT VIEW SUPERVISORS  COULDN'T GET OUT OF THERE FAST ENOUGH ..

The sad part is Shane was not fired and is still working at Kings Gate for BRIGHT VIEW ...
