I have lived at this community for 2 1/2 years and there have been no improvment since I moved in. Have changed managment over 3 times in that period. Have turned in numerous repair requests which none have been completed.
On June 21 I noticed there was no hot water so I went to the office to tell them the next day and the manager told me the "broiler had broken and they had no ideal when it would be fixed, these things happen" , she said.
I came home from work on July 1 and saw channel 11 news at the complex [still no hot water in entrie complex] the news cast that night stated the managment at bristol point had not paid the gas or water bill and couldn't be reached for comment.
So here the entire community sits with no hot water to this day. The managment sent a letter to all residents on June 29th that they would let you out of your lease if you wanted to move. I can't afford to up and move at this time so I am stuck here until I find a way out or someday we get hot water.

The property is in foreclosure - that is the reason management is letting you know you can get out of your lease - they are also fixing to turn off the electricity for non payment

There are Many small cheap water heaters available, have a plumber install one and deduct the cost from your rent Check, be sure to get the plumber to install shutoff Valves so you can take it with you when you finaly leave.
