Bradshaw Sent a letter containing a Insurance check Consumer's Promotional Draw in the amount of $4965.44. My name was drawn out of a computer database as a customer for major retailers such as Target, Walmart Seattle Washington
I recieved a letter stating my name was drawn in the annual CONSUMER'S PROMOTIONAL DRAW, organized for both American and Canadian customers of following retailers e.g. Target, Walmart, Sears, Macy's, Home Depot, etc.
My name was attached to a serial number and was drawn out of a computer database. Therefore entitled me to the preliminary prize pf $250,000.00 payable by means of a CERTIFIED CHECK, and would be delivered by courier company.
Enclosed was a check for the amount of $4965.44 to aide me in the mandatory payment of NON-CANADIAN RESIDENTIAL TAX, insurance and delivery charges pertaining to my winnings.
In order to recieve my winnings i had to first contact a claim's agent

WHAT DID YOU DO ???? WHERE is the rip off ??? All that you have done is to repeat what you read in a letter. Did you call ?? What did they say ?? What did you do with the check ?? Geeezzz. How about posting a COMPLETE report outlining all of the rip off information......
