To whom it may concern...Broadstar Cable is the worst company that I have ever had for cable service! I live in an apartment complex and this is who we have to have, we have no other choice and I have been fighting it for a few years now. My channels are always out or fuzzy. The internet is consistently slow and/or freezes. I have made LOTS of phone calls to them over the past couple of years. Their customer service is horrible! They have very limited hours, so if you have a problem late evening, or on the weekends, you are pretty much "screwed"until someone can get to it days later! I called on a Saturday morning about 4 channels that were out, one including AMC in which our favorite show is on. They told me they didn't have anyone coming to this property until Tuesday. I guess they have certain days that they come to certain properties whether you are having a problem or not. I told them I needed someone to come out this weekend and he told me that since it was only a few channels that were out that I guess it wasn't that important so that they would be out on Tuesday. This is unacceptable for this company is NOT CHEAP and like I said, we do not have a choice here in regard to providers! I have tried talking to property management and for some reason they do not switch. This is the third cable company in which we have had a provider in which I have never heard of in less than 3 years. I cannot wait to move out of here for many reasons...but this is a big one. My kids get frustrated also when trying to play their video games, watch a video or a favorite TV show. When you call customer service, they have a very "laid back" attitude and act like they don't care. I have had to get management on the phone a few times and really get angry before they would do anything! Nobody should have to go through this...you pay good money and should get good service...period! Stay away from this company if you possibly can!
