2. We had extremely poor service over our 3 year
contract. At one point in 2009 we were
without phone and internet service for almost 1 week. Broadview's technicial support department
refused to take responsibility until finally our IT techician himself diagnosed
Broadview's faulty equipment. They
replaced their equipment and we got our service back.
3. WORSE OF ALL, we DID NOT want to continue with Broadview
after our contract ended. Come to find
out that they have SMALL PRINT in our original contract that says they will
renew our contract if they don't receive written notice from us at least 30
days in advance, AND THEY DID THIS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE TO US!!!! When I contacted customer service, they told
me we would have a $4,000 CANCELLATION FEE if we canceled service, and that
they did not have to notify us about the contract extension because it was
specified in the fine print in their 2007 contract!!!!

Did you read the contract before signing it?
