Approximately 4 years ago we relocated our firm. WE decided at that time to run all of our phone and internet service through a provider. This provider was later purchased by Broadview Networks. Broadview Networks was providing our telephone and internet service to our firmwith out our knowledge or agreement. Service began to become a major problem, as we were down amny times. Once almost 2 weeks, phones and internet. Broadview kept blaming Verizon only to find out later it was their fault. We decided back in early 2012 to find a new carrier and notified Broadview at that time. Many attempts were made to switch to a new carrier. In October I sent once again sent written notice to Broadview. Finally after several nore excuses and weeks passed and we left Broaview. Paid our last bill and thought we were done with them. Now I have received several bills stating that we owe over $4000 as a cancelation fee, because our contract was renewed with out my knowlege in December of 2012 after we had notified them in writing of our intent to cancel severla times. Be Very Careful with Broadview Networks. Bob Severna Park Maryland
