This firm only cares about how much they can bill you while not getting the job done. I hired them to probate my dad's estate and file for guardianship of my mom. I told them from day one a sorry brother was stealing from the estate and I needed to protect the estate and mom's assets. Had Senior Attoerney Stan Faulkner known the law, he would have advised me to file for emergency guardianship of my mom which would have got me control in a metter of days. After further thefts of the estate I contacted police who told me to file for emergency guardianship of my mom which I had never heard of because Stan Faulkner never suggested it. I called the Broel law group and told them I wanted to file for emergency guardianship and was advised by Stan Faulkner it was only granted in cases where ward was facing possible physical injury which is blatantly false. I found out later it is granted where proposed ward is facing imminent loss of poperty, assets, or money. Stan Faulker also stated other facts of law to me that were completely false. The Broel Law group spent two months on the phone with opposing counsel to get my brother's petition which was going nowhere in probate withdrawn and they billed my nearly $10,000 in the process with no results. Stan Faulkner is an incompetent attorney who cares nothing about cases other than how to bill clients the most expensive way possible. Check out his Linked In profile, he braggs about how much money he bills clients in a year instead of winning cases for his clients. These guys charge by the hour which means the sky is the limit and they will most definitely try to reach it with their fees.

In addition to the comments above, we are using this client's feedback to improve our internal processes and communication because our goal is for our clients to feel better about their situation for having worked with our firm. I believe in continuous improvement and learning as much as possible when a client is unhappy so we can improve our customer service and client experience. Attorney W. Stan Faulkner is no longer with our firm.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with our team, and I appreciate your feedback for us. I know you have left the same feedback on Yelp and several other review websites. No attorney wants to have a bad outcome in any matter they handle. We are no different at our firm. We strive to provide the best outcome possible for every client given the particular facts of their situation.
Attorneys have an ethical obligation not to disclose any information about a client's case, and we take that obligation very seriously, so I cannot address any of the particulars regarding anyone's case even if I believe some facts may be inaccurate.
I am very sorry this situation did not work out the way the client wanted it to, and that the client is frustrated with us. I have tried to call Mr. Randy F. to address his concern with me personally, but we have been unable to connect. I would welcome a call from him so we can talk about how to improve the situation moving forward if that is feasible.
