We contracted with Broken Sound Productions in Sept, 2007 to shoot a commercial spot for us for their "Great Escapes" program. It was to air on specific networks and outlets. We gave them $7,500. They sent an independent film producer to shoot the footage. We saw an early edit of the spot and then that was it. We couldn't get a final cut and they kept telling us that it was going to air shortly, but would never tell us exactly when. Then, all of a sudden, the spot was going to air on different networks than the ones we had contracted for. I told them this was not acceptable and that they needed to refund the money. This went on for months of back and forth and they finally told us that they didn't have the money to refund, but were going to send us all the footage that was shot and come up with some alternate airing options to make good on the amount we had paid them. Of course, nothing followed. No footage, no alternate plan. They haven't returned any subsequent e-mails or phone calls. Now their website is no longer up. I've filed a complaint with the BBB in Florida, but I don't think it's going to get us anywhere. So, beware any project that Eric or Larry Warm are involved in. From the previous poster's experience, it is obvious that Eric Warm (who was COO for Intermedia Marketing Solutions, previously called Site2Shop.com) has no integrity.
