Where do I start?  We hired brokergenerator to help recruit loan officers for our small  but growing company.  On the front end, their promise of at least 2 qualified candidates a week coupled with their money back guarantee looked good.  I became concerned with the connections that were being created were almost exclusively bank employees who are not licensed, and professionals from other industries altogether. 

I repeatedly reached out in an attempt to have them focus on people I could actually hire.  Their response rate was about 50%.  When they bothered to respond, they promised they were "tweaking" the  campaign, with better results to come.  I agreed to not cancel, as I was truly interested in receiving qualified candidates.

I paid for two months of service in full, and received one licensed loan officer candidate.  The guarantee promised 2/week or 16 over this time period.  

I attempted to get a refund after I was told they had run out of connections on Linkedin, and were unable to help.  My requests to customer service were ignored for weeks until I included the owner, Matt Stamer on the correspondence.  He denied the refund because he feels they "were fair with me".   He refused to respond to my direct request for him to explain how this covered the guarantee.

Grossly disappointed with all aspects  of my interaction with this company.
