Brother has demonstrated unconscionable customer relations.  I expressed a complaint about ink cartridges which would no longer function - even after only minimal use, with plenty of ink sloshing around.  This is what they did: (1) invoked a 90 day policy to shut out the consumer  (Who uses the cartridge within 90 days of purchase?) (2) would not allow you to send "Quality Control" the product so that they could inspect and learn from it;  (3) would not allow you to speak to a supervisor on the I-net CHAT  (4) Dumped me when I called and wanted to speak to someone.   Obviously, one of the most inconsiderate customer service programs.  They are no interested in finding problems or the truth about products.   When you print 20 faxes with a new factory cartridge, and it gives you an empty warning, and you remove the cartridge and shake it and it is basically full, you are the victim.  Do not choose this company as you printer company.  They do not care.
