Brown Properties Ripoff Unprofessional will not return phone calls or e-mails. Warranty requests not answered Auburn Hills, Michigan
I have tried to schedule my 11 month walk through for my condo in CherryHill Gardens. I have surpased the 11 months by roughly 65 days. I have sent five e-mails and left two phone messages with the warranty center with no response. The Brown Properties Co. is not interested in the well-being of its current residents, only the selling of there future homes.
They, Brown Prop., push the stamp of "Luxury Homes" but only meet the bare minimums in sound protection, and other aspects of building code. They advertised there condos with ammenities such as a walkway to the new downtown Canton area, and a spacious park, but these ammenities were never provided. Instead we received a bunch of gaughty homes with cedar plank siding instead of our spacious park. Again selling more homes is the number one priority, not the concerns of the current residents. In my opinion I would not reccomend anyone to purchase any of there units. Brown Prop. is not a customer service driven company,they are just looking to line there pockets with falsely advertised condos. Spend your money with a quality builder. Im glad Im young and I learned lifes lessons early. People and expectations are not always met, thanks Brown!
