Bruce Helsel Tree Farm & Nursery Do not do business with this company -- trees will die and they do not stand behind their product! Cadillac, Michigan
I spend over $10,000 with this company and within months, my trees started dying....and they promised to come back....on many occasions and never showed. They then refused to return my calls or even take my calls. I had an arborist come out and he told me my trees were diseased and needed to be replaced. I called Mr. Helsel, and he promised to come to my property and review the situation.....but never showed up. His manager, Mark, is no better. He refers everything back to Bruce Helsel.....who refuses to take your calls.
I had large blue spruce and Australian pines planted....and had to rip them all out and replant. I found out he purchases the trees from a land owner in mid-Michigan and she visited my home and also told me my trees were diseased and told me I had to deal with Helsel since I purchased them from him.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLANT EVERYTHING TWICE.....AND THREE TIMES THE EXPENSE BECAUSE NOW YOU HAVE TO PAY TO RIP OUT HIS CRAP!
