(The Sydney Morning Herald - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australia's corporate regulator has expressed interest in the two men behind investment bank Cartesian Capital. This follows a ruling against Bruce Wookey and Ross Martin in the New South Wales Supreme Court on 2 May 2007 that left them with a $A1m legal bill and a judgment against them of more than $A91,000.
Bruce Wookey- The two stockbrokers had worked for Shaw Stockbroking but were dismissed without notice in December 2003, after it was discovered they had been moonlighting for private clients over the previous two years. Wookey and Martin sued Shaw for (((link redacted)))
