Bryan Castles took deposit of $875 for web project and failed to deliver. Previous projects with Bryan had been mostly completed on time and budget. However this project was very time sensitive and Bryan completely dropped the ball with the project causing us delays and extra expense in hiring a second designer. Bryan missed deadlines and had major lapses in communication during the project. Only under mutual threats of lawsuits was a compromise able to be reached.

Of course Bryan has seen this report now and is saying we stole design from him and whatnot. He also said I posted his home address creating liability issues. Of course he is not going to pay which is what we expected all along. Facts are that nothing was stolen and the address used here is the business address used on the invoices he sent to my company.

Intellectual Property Theft is a very serious offense Ross, something that you need to be very aware of as you employ contract designers and permanent employees. The issues you post above are dependent on your complete compliance with not using ANY elements of my design, something that you have failed to do as of this posting date. Refunds will not be processed while this remains true, and a secondary resolution would have to be reached as mentioned before. BTW: you have violated the posting requirements here by posting my personal address, and personal phone number. "Please note that reports should NOT contain any of the following: Profanity, obscenity, threats of violence, racist remarks, false statements, personal information (i.e., social security numbers, credit card numbers, home address(es) or phone numbers), or any other information which violates Ripoff Report's Terms of Service; Rumors, speculation, or innuendo unless you have personal knowledge that your statements are true; Trivial comments (i.e., Nice report!) which do not add anything useful to the discussion."
