BEWARE!!!!! THIS COMPANY HAS SEVERAL CARS/TRUCKS LISTED ON CRAIG'SLIST!!!!!
I unfortunately bought a 1999 Oldsmobile silhouette from Curtis at Budget less than 6 months ago. Not only did I find out that the car report given was fake, but that the official carfax shows the vehicle was involved in a major accident. Curtis(dealer) stated that the vehicle 's free-on was low and wanted to charge $500 bucks to have it serviced. After having the vehicle professionally assessed, I was informed that the AC line was damaged. Within 5 months time:
-Alternator went out
-Driverside window motor/switch went bad
-Thermostat went out
Since having the thermostat replaced the vehicle has stopped working again.
Budget Auto Sales has advertise buying your vehicle for more than big dealerships can offer. After attempting to speak with Lenny (Owner) I have been hung up on and threatened.
I know that suggesting a full refund of $3700 back is out of the question, but $1500 is more than reasonable.
Please learn from my mistakes!
