Complaint Review: budget computer co - boise Idaho

The contract with  Elite Pay Global seamed to be a copy of a copy, and barely legible,  even with a magnifying glass.

I however, trusted the salesman was being truthful, as the service he presented was NOT too good to be true.

  His offer included a 48 month $99.00 lease on processing equipment that was tied to a "one percent credit, zero percent debit and a seven cent swipe fee, and "that's all you'll pay".  He also offered to pay my get out of contract fee ($395.00)from my current processor if I signed today.

 I quickly learned the salesman was a lying sack of crap, as my first statement was not much better then my previous provider. (what should have been $15 or $20 was closer to $60)

I inquired about the added fees, and was offered a rate review, and "we can file a complaint against the salesman" . I am confident however, they train their salesman to act as he did.

  I also inquired about the get out contract fee, was told to fax a copy of my bank statement showing $395.00 from the previous processor, I did, but was never reimbursed.

  Two months later, I found a $150.00 annual fee attached to my processing statement. I could not find this fee on the contract, called customer service, and was told that the fee was in the "forty four page program guide that you acknowledged reading when you signed the last page".  I was not given this guide by the salesman.

After reviewing the contract, I learned that (salesman)  had  entered an annual income of   $120,000, with $80,000 in credit and debit sales.  I clearly told (salesman)   that my average annul credit, debit processing was less then $30,000, and my gross sales was $55,000 to $60,000.

I believe, that  (salesman)  knew that I would not qualify for this  Elite Pay Global processing program at my income level.

By then, I knew I was in a  bad fix, as the processing and leasing company had fleeced me out of nearly eleven hundred dollars (in five months) more then the processor I had left. ($650. leasing, $395.00(former processor contract fee) breech of contract, $150.00 annual service fee).

 SO, I closed my business account, contacted EPG to inform them that they would no longer have access to my monies and to send a bill. I also inquired whom I was to send the cc processing machine.

Not long after, the collection staff at Northern Leasing began  harassing phone calls.

After about 30 days,  while reviewing the application from EPG I noticed the lessor on page two was FIRST DATA GLOBAL LEASING, with no provision for substitution.

 At the next harassment, I informed the Northern Leasing rep of my discovery.

Later, an account manager requested I send my info to their fraud dept.. They promised a fraud investigation,.  No investigation accrued.

He also sent a copy of the of the lease they wished to enforce. Immediately, I noticed their document had off set margins. Not likely  the original.

Now I am not pretending to know what happened, however, it seams the salesman who lied his way to a completed offer, latter realized he used the wrong forms.  Instead of returning to the (I call it) "seen of the crime"to have a new and proper contract completed, he (all be it poorly),  copied, pasted and produced a Frankenstein like document,  made from bits and pieces of the original.  After all, he could loose a thousand dollar commission, if I would be unwilling to sign again. so;

please, if you can help, I need a copy of your lease agreement, all personal info removed, sent anonymously to Budget Computer Co. 5813 Franklin Rd., Boise Id.,  83709,  as I believe my lease was modified after it was completed. This may help in my pre trial motion to dismiss.  thanks,
